Dentist

I’m a Montana native who has always had an interest in medicine and dentistry. That led me to earn a degree in cell & molecular biology at the University of Montana. In Portland, Oregon, I obtained my dental degree with high honors at Oregon Health Sciences University, and I was honored to be inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society.

To further enhance my skills, I completed a general practice residency in hospital dentistry at the University of Minnesota. Following graduation, I practiced general dentistry for three fulfilling years in Washington and Colorado. In 2004, fueled by my passion for serving children, I returned to academia and specialized in pediatric dentistry, completing my training at UCLA in Los Angeles, California.

In 2006, I moved my young family back to Bozeman, Montana, and established Gallatin Valley Pediatric Dentistry, where I built an incredible practice over 11 years. Yes, I started this exact practice several years ago. After selling my practice in 2018, I embarked on an extended Sabbatical, exploring the world with my family. Over the last four years, I have gained invaluable experience by working in pediatric dental practices across Montana, Michigan, and North Carolina.

I achieved board certification as a pediatric dentist in 2010 from the ABPD and hold memberships in the AAPD, ADA, and MDA. With 21 years of marriage and four wonderful children at home, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, particularly in the great outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, biking, camping, skiing, hunting, or fishing, I find joy in these activities. I am eager to bring my expertise and enthusiasm back to Gallatin Valley Pediatric Dentistry.
